# CSV export

Export your leads as a CSV from [/app/leads](https://forms.devxgroup.io/app/leads) using the export button. Admin only. The export includes email, payload fields, IP, source URL, confirmed date, and submitted date.

Under the hood, the export server action generates a signed URL to `GET /api/admin/leads/export` with your current filter applied. The response streams a CSV file. You can optionally pass `endpointId`, `from`, and `to` as query params to narrow the set.
