Why these prices
Indie starts at $15 because form-relay does one job for small software teams: it turns repeated reports into one GitHub issue and follows the fix back to each reporter. Price goes by usage, not by seat.
Report limits reset on the first of each month (UTC). Email limits are ceilings, not a promised volume: all workspaces share one sending capacity, and when a limit is reached the email is held while the report is still saved.
