Refund Policy

Payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins. After cancellation, your paid features remain available until the end of that period and the subscription will not renew.

A full refund of a payment ends paid access right away. The workspace moves to the Free plan and its Free limits, and your endpoints, API keys, and saved submissions are kept. Paid features return only after a later payment on the subscription. To stop future charges, cancel the subscription from the billing portal.

A partial refund keeps your current plan.

If you were charged twice, charged after a confirmed cancellation, or believe a charge is incorrect, email support@devxgroup.io within seven days of the charge. Include the workspace name and invoice identifier, but do not send card details.

We will provide refunds when required by applicable law. We may also approve an exception when a verified service failure prevented meaningful use for most of a billing period. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method by our merchant of record.
