Terms of Service

You must provide accurate account information and keep access to your GitHub account secure. If you use form-relay for a company, you confirm that you can accept these terms for that company. You are responsible for activity in your workspace.

Do not use form-relay to break the law, send unsolicited marketing, distribute malware, probe systems without permission, infringe another person's rights, or process highly sensitive data that the service is not designed to handle. We may limit or suspend use that threatens the service or others.

You retain ownership of the feedback, submissions, and other content you send to form-relay. You grant us the limited right to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service. You are responsible for having the rights and notices needed to collect reporter information.

Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. Prices and included usage are shown on the Pricing page and in Settings before purchase. Taxes may be added by our merchant of record. You can cancel from the billing portal, and paid access continues through the end of the current billing period.

Plan email limits are maximums, not a guaranteed volume. Email is sent through sending capacity shared by all workspaces. When a plan limit or the shared capacity is reached, further email is held, and the submission is still saved and shown in your dashboard.

We may change future prices with advance notice. A price change does not alter a billing period you already paid for.

We work to keep form-relay available and data safe, but the service is provided without a guaranteed uptime commitment unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Features may change as we improve the product. We will avoid materially reducing a paid plan during its current billing period without a reasonable substitute.

form-relay depends on services including GitHub, Vercel, Supabase, Lemon Squeezy, Resend, and OpenRouter (AI triage on the Indie and Pro plans). Their outages, account restrictions, and terms may affect parts of form-relay. You are also responsible for your use of connected GitHub repositories.

To the extent permitted by law, form-relay is provided as is and without implied warranties. DevX Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for form-relay in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation, so the applicable law may provide additional rights.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, legal requirement, security risk, or nonpayment. We will provide notice when reasonably possible. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@devxgroup.io.
