Discord webhooks

Payload shape and setup

Paste a Discord webhook URL (https://discord.com/api/webhooks/...) into the endpoint settings. Other addresses are refused. Each successful submission sends a message to that channel within 1.5 seconds. If Discord is slow or down, form-relay still saves the lead and logs the failure.
